The Bevy Hotel

The Bevy Hotel is a boutique full-service hotel and conference center situated in the beautiful town of Boerne, Texas.  It boasts 120 rooms and over 15,000 sf of conference space. Carrying the Hilton flag and opened in July 2019, the Bevy Hotel embodies a “Bevy” – a virtual cornucopia of all things people come to the Texas Hill Country for: incredibly diverse food, artisan beverages, authentic regional finishes, and true Texas Hospitality.  

Partlow Properties successfully negotiated a public incentive package with the city of Boerne, which was crucial to bringing this project to fruition.  At the time, it was the largest economic development project for the City of Boerne.  Partlow Properties is the managing partner and oversees the hotel’s investment performance for itself and shareholders, the city and those invested.
